Withdrawal Notice

The Polish version of this notice is legally binding; this English translation is provided for convenience.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day the contract was concluded (the Account was created).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you requested the Service to begin before the end of the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.

Loss of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires. If, when activating the paid Subscription, you checked the box requesting immediate commencement of the Service and acknowledging the loss of the right of withdrawal (§ 9.4 of the Terms), your right of withdrawal expires once the Provider has fully performed the Service with your express consent.
